Orlando, FL – 07/19/2019 – The Da Vinci X 10-Driver Universal Fit In-Ear Monitor has been announced as a nominee for the 35th Annual NAMM Technical Excellence & Creativity (TEC) Awards in the category of Outstanding Technical/Creative Achievement. Presented by The NAMM Foundation, The NAMM TEC Awards are bestowed annually in celebration of the pro audio community by recognizing the individuals, companies and technical innovations behind today’s sound recordings, live performances, films, television, video games and other media.
“Our team is so honored by knowing that the great amount of hard work put into this amazing piece of gear has been recognized. Our goal was to create a product that inspired artists and now it’s us that are getting inspired” said Castor Milano, Lead Audio Engineer at Clear Tune Monitors.
The nomination announcement follows a two-month call for entries of standout technical and creative products and projects that have made a significant impact on modern sound and music. A panel of respected industry voters from pro audio publications as well as members of professional music, technical and creative organizations, along with select NAMM members carefully evaluated each entry before selecting the Da Vinci X for the nomination.
The Da Vinci Series is Clear Tune Monitor’s high end universal-fit in-ear monitor product line comprised of 9- and 10- driver models. The Da Vinci X is the 10-driver model, equipped with 10 Balanced Armature Drivers, Wave Integrating Sonic Element (W.I.S.E.) Technology and interchangeable filters that allow further customization of its already impressive sound signature that has musicians, producers, audio engineers and audiophiles alike in awe.
The NAMM TEC Awards will be held in conjunction with The NAMM Show on Saturday, January 18 in Anaheim, California. The event begins with a reception at 6:00 p.m. followed by the awards ceremony at 7:00 p.m. Event tickets will be available for purchase in late September by visiting www.tecawards.org.
