For this task we recommend that you check out the Custom In-Ears category. Here you’ll find all our models and you can click on them to get more info. Everything you need to make your decision can be found there. Once you've made up your mind you can click on the Order Now button and go to the next step.

CUSTOMIZE IT
This is the part where you go crazy.
With our Customization Console you can build your unique in-ear monitor. Choose solid or translucent colors for the shells (inside parts), then choose solid, translucent or special materials for the faceplates (outside parts). Finally choose variations of our default silver logo or even upload your own custom artwork whether it's one color or full color, all while you see your in-ear monitor and price being updated in real time. You can mix and match at will, and if you're short of ideas you can visit our Gallery.

CHECK OUT
Ok, at this point you've pretty much done all the heavy lifting.
The next and final step is to click the Add to Cart button within the console. Now you can review your Shopping Cart and proceed to Check Out. Or if you would like to order another set or accessory, continue shopping and then check out.

GET IMPRESSIONS
Once you've placed your order it's time to have your ear impressions done.
Please visit the Audiologist section on this website where you'll find complete instructions for getting your impressions done and a list of audiologists that can take them for you.
Alternatively you can download and print our instructions so you can take them to your appointment.

TURNAROUND TIMES
Once you have your impressions, send them to: 5528 Commerce Dr. Orlando, FL 32839.
Typical turnaround time is 4 Weeks. If you need your In-Ears sooner you can check out our Rush Order options:
- 2 Week Rush Order: $100
- 1 Week Rush Order: $200
- 2 Day Rush Order: $300
- Same Day Rush Order: $500*
* Same Day option requires your impressions to be on site before 10:00am.
